According to the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Unit, the unit has been assigned to be the investor of three projects including Huong Lo 2 (section 1), embankment of the Cai River and central trunk road of Bien Hoa City, based on the implementation progress of procedures and items of Vam Cai Sut bridge, under the extended Huong Lo 2 project of which shall be started construction in upcoming September. In order to ensure the progress, the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board is completing the dossier for the Department of Transport to appraise the feasibility study report. 

In the upcoming time, the unit will continue to carry out the bidding, design consultancy, drawing, constructive bidding.

For the other 2 remaining projects, the project of Cai river embankment and central trunk road of Bien Hoa City has just been approved by the People's Council. At present, the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board is making cost estimation for investment preparation. After the estimation is approved, the unit will build a detailed schedule for the projects.

Meanwhile, according to Bien Hoa City People's Committee, the unit is assigned to be the investor of the road and park surrounding the Cai river project (the section from Hoa An bridge to the border of Vinh Cuu lake), according to the schedule, the two projects mentioned above will be procured for a feasibility survey and feasibility study from March to April, and is expected to plan and issue a notice of land acquisition in April. According to the plan, these two projects will be constructed in June of 2021. Particularly, the construction of embankments along the Dong Nai River to support the implementation of two projects of road and parks surrounding the Dong Nai River will be started construction by the end of this year.

Speaking at the meeting, Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Cao Tien Dung requested Bien Hoa City and departments, agencies to focus on speeding up the projects, including put on effort to start Vam Cai Sut Bridge at the end of August. In order to ensure the progress of Huong Lo 2 project (section 1), Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Cao Tien Dung requests the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board to quickly separate the land clearance sub-project and handover to the Bien Hoa City People's Committee. For the remaining projects, Bien Hoa City must ensure the progress of construction of resettlement areas to serve the compensation and site clearance.
