The company also adheres very well to QR code scanning, in which, for workers who do not have smartphones to scan, the company has given every worker a code right on the entrance card every day and so that she or he can scan it with the card. Therefore, the company has controlled the medical declaration, vaccination information and it is easy for tracing the F0 cases. Since the outbreak of the epidemic, the group has nearly 8,000 F0 cases. With the initiative and response scenario, compared to the Nike Corporation, Feng Tay Group controlled the situation better. Currently, the total number of F0 employees of the Group is being treated at home, there are more than 2,000 people in the quarantine area.

At the meeting, representatives of departments, sectors and the Dong Nai Industrial Zones Authority raised many opinions on epidemic prevention at enterprises in the current situation. In particular, it is suggested that localities need to pay attention to coordinate with businesses to quickly deploy mobile medical stations. For the management of F0 cases at home, the Dong Nai Industrial Zones Authority also suggested that the Group should discuss with the factories to made a list all workers, then notify the list to the health center of the district, and health station of commune, those who are eligible for home quarantine will be quickly transferred to the locality. Regarding the cost of PCR testing the F0 cases of employees before the end of quarantine, the Department of Health also confirmed that the employees do not have to pay for testing at local medical centers and health stations.

Concluding speech at the Conference, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Son Hung highly appreciated Feng Tay Group's companies for always taking the initiative and cooperating well with the locality in epidemic prevention and control over the past time. However, with the goal of "Production must be safe, only safe the production could be carried out", companies need to continue to maintain and be proactive in epidemic prevention and control to ensure human resources for the company and stabilize the production under the new normal situation. The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also emphasized that even though medical centers and clinics are under pressure in terms of human resources, they still have to make sure to issue the certificates of leave for the employees who were under treatment so that they could be covered with the insurance according to the policy of government. In particular, facing the appearance of a new strain of Omicron in the world, businesses must be more cautious and not subjective to ensure safe production and achieve production and business goals.
